What Causes Body Ache, Extreme Fatigue And Muscle Aches In Young Adults?

Needs proper evaluation.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The body ache, extreme fatigue, muscle aches, etc that she is having can be due to-
1. Generalized viral illness.
2. Improper diet.
3. Abnormal body posture, muscle overuse.
4. Electrolyte imbalance.
5. Hormonal disbalance like hypothyroidism.
6. Anxiety neurosis.
This needs a detailed evaluation in addition to a healthy diet and a few multivitamin supplements. Taking electrolyte rich fluids and Vitamin D3 supplements can also help.
I hope this answers your query.

I agree with your evaluation and will keep communicating with you until we figure this all out. She does have anxiety disorder which is probably familial but came to the surface when she was having the extreme pain from her locked jaw and therapy for it moving her mandible forward. XXXXXXX is a 4.17 student and was always healthy until puberty and he plantar fasciitis and TMJ dislocations. Then this all started. Could anxiety and poor posture (from her TMJ and posture cause this much pain?). I am a really sensible person (mom) and am not looking for extreme causes. Could any of this be due to Lymes (she has tick bite when she was 8 yrs old) or could she have some Chronic Fatigue from all the medical issues and pain. Her feet have a lot of scar tissue and were really severe and her TMJ's are about 70% improved. She will have braces on soon to put her in her permanent more forward bite. When braces came off she could only open 18mm and we now have her opening 60 mm.
I sure appreciate this service. It has been hard watching her have so much body pain! Advil and Tylenol don't touch it.

Chronic fatigue and anxiety can cause such symptoms.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Anxiety and poor posture usually cause a moderate generalized body pain but it should improve with pain killers like Advil. Lyme's disease is less likely with no other general symptoms like fever etc.
Chronic fatigue and a connective tissue disorder is likely as extreme fibrosis in plantar fascia at such a young age is not likely.
Regular exercise and healthy drinks like fruit juices and green tea can help in boosting her immune system and will help with her symptoms.
Hope my answer is helpful.

I decided to look back at Shannon's blood work from Sept. 2014. I was told all was normal but noticed that her Vitamin D 25-Hydroxy was 29 and her Ferritin was 6. Both are low. I will be making a followup Doctors appt tomorrow to discuss her pain level. I agree it is too severe to be from posture but more likely a type of Chronic Fatigue likely from her extreme plantar fasciitis and TMJ at such a young age. She juices in the morning using fruits, XXXXXXX protein and flax. I will also have her add in green tea and antioxidant drinks.
Would you suggest adding in some Iron and Vit D due to her blood levels?
It is refreshing to get such great feedback from an online source. You are a blessing and I have gotten more answers from you than all the doctors that have looked at her so far. I will print your responses and take them to the doctors followup this week.
Blessings and thank you from a mom who cares,

Supplements will help.
Detailed Answer:
Yes. You can add iron supplements and Vitamin D3 supplements to her diet. Sitting in the sun for half an hour daily will also help. Increase her intake of dairy products.
You can also get the proper supplements prescribed from her physician.
Regards.
