What Causes Body Aches, Headaches, Fever, Blurred Vision And Dizziness Upon Waking?

Question: Hi, my son is 19 he is experiencing body aches, headaches, fever sometimes dizzinesswhen getting up too fast , can't sleep, stomach hurts sometimes, never feels hungry, gets chills and has severe dry mouth, he also had one episode of blurred vision

Thanks for asking on this platform

I can understand your concern.
Headache and body ache can be due to fever only but as there is associated dizziness and blurring of vision I would like to get him evaluated by a physician to rule out any possibility of infection in the brain.
In case there are clinical signs suggestive of brain infection (meningitis or meningoencephalitis ) further investigation and treatment like iv antibiotic will be needed.
I won't get overly worried if there are no signs suggestive of infection in the brain.
Here conservative treatment like antipyratic for fever,plenty of fluids,some analgesic for headache and body ache would help.
Some investigations may be needed to find out the cause of fever.
