Hi i am DR Ahmed Aly the use of warm compresses is usually mild but at some cases it is of benefit and gives a relief sensation , the use of antiedematous and antinflammatory drugs gives the joint spaces to move ( you may use alpha chemotrypsin vials for 3 consecutive days then change to tablets )) , try use long action analgesics rather than the fast acting ask your physician about dosing because of there sideeffects , steroids intramuscular or intraarticular injections are helpful but strictly after a visit to your surgeons and physicians , dont forget to give your body enough rest and fresh healthy food as possible dont try to increase your weight hope you feel better soon dont hesitate asking me again whenever you need
