What Causes Body Pain, Chills And Low Grade Fever?
Question: about 4 weeks ago I had two days of body aches, chills and low grade fever 100.3. Symptom only occurred in late afternoon and early evening. would get relief after taking ibuprofen for the headache and sleeping it off usually 3-4 hours.

I have read your query and understand your concern.
Very frankly speaking,it is very difficult to make out any thing from your symptoms.
Such type of fever could be typhoid,tuberculosis,urine infection ( being a diabetic ) or any other infection or even malaria.
You need to be comprehensively investigated by getting the blood and urine investigations along with an X ray chest for all the above mentioned possibilities.
A proper treatment can be offered only after diagnosing the exact cause for your fever.
