What Causes Body Tremors, Weakness And Stomach Cramps After Eating?
Question: Hi, so for starters I've been shaking all day and I've never warmed up. I feel very weak and light headed and every time I try to eat something, my stomach cramps. Everything seems slowed down and sluggish.

I read your question and I understand your concern. The symptoms are all conventional and sequelae of the antidepressants trazodone and antibiotics septra you have been using.
Anxiety itself has played it's role in gastric discomfort as these psychological triggers affect the gut functions and lead to cramps. Using nexum and prozac is good but you need complete diet and lifestyle modifications like avoiding beverages, stimulants, beer or alcohol, sweets and spices etc. Eat more fiber and drink more fluids.
Take symptomatic antivert for dizziness or change the depression medications. I suggest SSRIs pike fluoxetines they are safer. Take some Antispasmodics for the cramps.
Also adaptation good coital hygiene and toilet habits. A uti may present with such symptoms. Septra is already taking care of that.
