What Causes Boils All Over Buttocks?

Question: hello doctor,
I am XXXXXX 31M, am a software engineer by profession.
from the past few years I have boils all over my buttocks.
they vary in size.but they are present all the time.plz help me with getting rid from this.sometimes they just pop out n spoils my garment n its embarrassing... any help from your side would be appreciated.

I can understand your concern regarding the skin lesions.
It seems you are having recurrent furuncles, a bacterial infection of hair follicles but its difficult to point specific diagnosis in absence of clinical examination.
