Brief Answer:
Hidrradenitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thank you for using HealthCareMagic.
I have gone through your question and your reports.

Possible hidrradenitis ! This chronic condition of the skin happens when your hair follicles become blocked and inflammed in result they are painfull, give you burning sensation ,itching ..

The treatment consist of:
-Avoid heat and humidity.
-Avoid shaving if it causes irritation
-Avoid synthetic tight fitting clothes.
-Use antibacterial soaps or hibiclens (antiseptic )
-Weight loss
-Apply warm compreses to affected area.
-Use antiimflammator drugs for pain (Ibuprofen ).

If you start to have more lessions, start to have a lot of pain or yellow discharge,a local doctor appointment is needed for further evaluation and treatment (antibiotics, corticosteroids. ..)

Hope my answer is helpful.
Let me know if you have any further clarifications, will be happy to help.

area becomes swollen and very painful so much as to where the use of my arm is unbearable. ive found that hot compresses will bring boil to a head then take hot showers making skin soft and thats when it pops and yellowish puss is excreted sometimes i will have to give it a little more help by using a scalpel to make the exit a bit larger i then keep it clean with neosporin and covered with a bandage.
