What Causes Boils On Buttock And Scrotum?

Question: I have got some small boils on the upper part of my buttocks and on the lower part of scrotum. I am attaching the photos for your reference. I am not sure why these came but please suggest me some solution. thanks

I appreciate your concern for the skin problem on your buttock and scrotum.
After having gone through your history and the pictures uploaded I am of the opinion that you had herpes zoster (viral) infection which is now in healing stage.

If it hurts or itches use calamine lotion and NSAID pain killlers.
