Brief Answer:
Staphylococcal infection?
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir
I understand your query and concern.
I have carefully gone through your uploaded images.
This could possibly be a sexually transmitted staphylococcal infection-furuncles.
I advise you to get a complete STI screen for ruling out any other coexisting infections. They usually subside on their own or with medications.
Meanwhile you can be started on Antibiotics like Guducef-CV 200 twice a day under expert medical prescription and guidance.
Please use a condom next time when you participate in sex.
Post your further queries,if any.
Thank you.

Is there any reason why it is diagnosed to be Staphylococcal infection.
Neither my partner nor I had any boils before.
Also, after 4 days, the boils at the base and shaft have reduced in size.
There are no signs of pus accumulation. There is no redness, no swelling, no pain. Please advise before I go for consultation.

Brief Answer:
Staphylococci are a part of our normal microbial flora.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,
Good to have you back.
Staphylococci are a part of usual microbial flora in humans.
They usually colonize the hairy sites in both men and women.
Under certain conditions of stress ,clothing, and hormonal fluctuations, these organisms give rise to boils. This is a common phenomenon.
They usually subside on their own in 80% individuals.
In case they have subsided, you do not need the medications which were earlier advised to you.
Its always better to have a consultation with your doctor for final expert opinion.
Thank you.
