Question: my mri indicates a possible morrow infiltrative /replacement process or be related to red marrow reconversion.w\hat does that mean

Bone marrow infiltration can occur in some of the malignancies like leukemias,lymphoproliferative disorders,myelomas.It should be settled with a bone marrow aspiration or biopsy.
Though marrow conversion can be sometimes benign also.
I suggest you to consult a Hematologist,so that he can proceed further with the investigations.
