Brief Answer:
Tests to be done
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Most of the symptoms point towards irritable bowel syndrome. But weight loss is against that diagnosis.
You need to undergo few tests for diagnosis.
Complete blood count, stool analysis, blood glucose, thyroid function test, Tissue Transglutaminase antibody test, Upper GI scopy for small bowel biopsy and colonoscopy.
Consult your gastroenterologist for these tests.

Dr.R.K.
