What Causes Bowel Movements Immediately After Eating?

Question: my wife eats and within 10 minutes has to shit and it may be 2 to 3 times in a row. she is 62 and has not been to a doctor for 13 years. she also sometimes throws up in the middle of the night no matter what she eats. I can't her to go to a doctor. she has gained 40 pounds in the last 5 years
