What Causes Breathlessness, Weakness, Blackouts And Gas?
Question: i met an lincident while going to sleep i hit my neck n middile back. after that i have sevaral problem like blackouts, breathlessness,feeling vary weak, erectional dysfunction,gas n indigestion. i was treated by many doctors but no one found the cause and having some throat problems.i have done my c.t. Scan of brain and cervical spine

The history and symptoms suggest organicity but you said that you have visited several doctors and they could not find anything abnormal or were unable to treat you..I would like to see soem of your reports (if you have them ): MRI brain, X ray neck/ spine, blood tests, or any other report which you have. You may just write there results.
You mentioned having erectile dysfunction after that accident - did anyone suggested penile doopler to rule out organicity?
I need some clarifications before proceeding to any tretament modality as you are quite young to have all these problems..and moreover all of them have a direct correlation with an incident.
Please tell me your predominant mood, if it is anxious or sad or preoccupied with stress of illness?;
how is your sleep and appetite;
and what does your family has to say about your symptoms.
