Continue with kojivit plus cream, sunscreen & tranxaemic acid tablet

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be melasma.
I would recommend you to continue with the same cream ( kojivit plus cream ) for another 8 -10 weeks.
Besides this use sunscreen like suncros soft gel or lashield sunscreen gel on the entire face in the morning.
For better results you can take tablet tranxaemic acid 250 mg twice daily for 8-10 weeks.
It is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.
