Question: Yes, I like both answers, thank you very much. the 1st, ? with the endovenous laser therapy , I will be seeing that client on Monday, and I am sure she will be excited with this info., and with the 2nd ? I saw her yesterday and I shared with her what you said and she said ok and then she shared with me that she notice that something was not right with her left breast, that there is 2 spots right at the areola, next to the nipple was 2 elevated Brown substance, now i know i told you she had putty put inside her tissue space to build up where she had the 2 lumpectomy's, but what could that be ?

Hi Mam.

I understand your concern.

The 2 spots at the areola could be related possibly to the complication of putty .

The spots can be either a necrotic tissue or unresolved small haematoma.

An MRI scan of the involved breast is extremely important to rule out recurrence of cancer and assessing the risk of rupture of the putty.
