Question: I have brown spot on penis had it for 6 months and sexually active please help me i dont know what it is

I can tell that the most probable diagnosis considering the look,the fact that it has been there for 6 months and that you are sexually active is a genital wart.
Genital warts appear in various sizes and shapes.They can be single or many,raised or flat ,flesh colored or cauliflower-like bumps etc.

I would suggest to consult a physician for physical examination.
There is no specific test in man for genital warts.Usually it is diagnosed by closely physical examination.The doctor can also remove it if needed.

Genital warts are signs of a sexually transmitted infection from HPV virus.
You should always wear a condom during sexual intercourse to avoid spreading the virus.
