What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge?

Question: I am 23 years old female. i am 65kg and 5 feet 3 inches high. i do workout which consist 25 min jogging, 300 jumping rope, weight lifting and stretchings (yoga, Pilates etc. ). the whole process takes one and half hour.

I have observed brown discharge from vagina but i never feel any pain in abdomen and the area near vagina.

what could be reason for this?

Thanks for the query to HCM,

The brown discharge per vaginum is often seen as a breakthrough bleeding often during early phase of cycle or secretory phase due to stress induced progesterone and prostaglandin imbalances, which can be easily induced with increased physical activity often. The bleeding is secondary to relative decrease in progesterones as compared to increased endorphins during exercise. You need not be worried about it as it shall subside on its own when progesterone increases naturally with progression into the cycle.
This spotting is indicative that you are stressing your body more than required, so advised to reduce on your work out or keep it alternate day.
