Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
I have gone through the picture attached.
Unfortunately, the picture is not clear , quite grainy.
The bump is not clearly visible.
Can you please upload a clearer picture, if possible highlighting the bump ?
Do you have any itching / redness / pain / tenderness / foul smelling discharge ?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.

Sorry this is the best pic i can get.
The discharge is not obvious nor is there any obvious pain.
But it does get painful if i touch the pimple.
Its hard with a red tip on top just like any other pimple that could appear on forehead.

Brief Answer:
Yes, it is a boil, generally goes away on its own.
Detailed Answer:
Yes, you are right.
It is clearer in the second pic.
This is a boil.
Technically speaking - a sebaceous cyst ( infection of the sweat / hair glands and follicles ).
It goes away on its own generally.
Since how long have you had it ?
You should avoid touching or handling it.
Just keep the area clean and dry.
Avoid using any soaps / gels / cleansers / douches, just clean with plain lukewarm water.
Have protected sex till the infection clears.
If the boil does not go away in a couple of weeks, then you need to consult a doctor for antibiotic treatment.
Take care.
