What Causes Bumps On Genital Area After Shaving?

Question: Hello, I have had these bumps for a long time now. I typically shave my testicles and always thought that they may be razor bumps. I have had different partners in the past but in the last year had only one. I noticed my partner not having any bumps so i believe its fine. But i just wanted to be sure if its not something else.

I have gone through your picture and question. After analyzing it looks like more of foliculitis, infection of hair follicle. Commonly caused by friction from shaving or tight clothing. As you mentioned about the shaving, it might be the reason.

I would suggest you not to scratch, use over the counter antibiotic cream like neosporin for local application will reduce your symptom.
