Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your concern and I have understood your query. I have also looked at the Image.

Looking at the picture I could keep a possibility of Molluscum contagiosum. However, I would appreciate if you could upload a better picture giving me a clear front view of lesions.

Molluscum is caused by a virus called Molluscum contagiosum virus(MCV). The lesions are dome shaped, pearly white papules. Some of the lesions(larger ones) may also have a central dent. They are mostly asymptomatic.

Genital molluscum is an STD.

I would like to gather some more information from you about your sexual life:

-Are you sexually active?
-How many sexual partners do you have?single or multiple?
-Do you have them anywhere else on the genitals?

Treatment of Genital Molluscum is simple. They need to be removed.

Various modalities used for this purpose are:

-Topical imiquimod 5%
-Extraction with a Fine Needle
-Removal with Radiofrequency cautery
-Removal with CO2 Laser.

Brief Answer:
Molluscum

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Molluscum being an infection (caused by a Virus), can spread to other areas by autoinnoculation. Therefore the best way to approach is to get them removed.

Usually they can be easily removed by either CO2 Laser Or with Radiofrequency cautery.

It is better to get them treated than to wait for spontaneous regression because in the mean time they might spread to form new lesions thus prolonging the agony

I would suggest that you seek an appointment with a dermatologist and get rid of them and move on with your life!!
