Hello so i received a blowjob without a condom and had sex with a condom from a person I do not know at around 430 AM monday morning and on tuesday morning around 9ish i saw red/skin color painless bumps on the base of my penis. They are still although they seem to have gotten somewhaf smaller sinceI can send pictures if needed but shouldni be worried about an std i also shaved friday night. I can send puctures if needed

Looks like folliculitis, apply topical antibiotic

I have reviewed the attached photographs and they are looking like folliculitis which is inflammation of the hair follicles.
I would recommend you to apply a topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment on the affected areas twice daily for 5-7 days.
This resolve them.

Would you say that with the information i have provided that i should be worried that this could be some kind of std or sti possibly? Would azithromycin be helpful in this situation? Also Iwould like to say thank you for all your help!
