Brief Answer: Continue Levocetrizine plus hydration Detailed Answer: Hi, Cetrizine is known to cause dehydration and burning sensation. She can choose to continue it or switch to Levocetrizine. She has to keep sipping warm fluids and improve water intake in the form of coconut water, electral or lemonade. Ask her to stay indoors for next couple of days Gargling with warm salt water is effective initially for the throat pain. She can take Strepsils and honey as well for better relief. Hope this answers
