Question : I have discussed with you a week ago my condition. My doctor taught it was nerve pinch.I consulted another doctor he thinks I have prostatitis.Nerve conduction test and Emg is normal.I dont know whats going on.Please advise
Brief Answer:
You could have both the conditions.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
I have noted that another doctor thought you have prostatitis, an inflammation/infection of prostate gland. This condition can cause pain in lower abdomen, burning while passing urine and increased frequency of passing urine.
Your other symptoms such as burning in feet, pins and needle sensations in the legs, are related to pinching of the nerves. In this, nerve conduction test and EMG may be normal. MRI of spine may be helpful.
I hope my reply has helped you.
I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
