What Causes Burning Pain In Head And Behind Eye After Injury?
Can be due to concussion.
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
The burning pain in the head and behind the eye can be due to the concussion itself. If there is no vomiting, double vision, bleeding from the ear or nose, etc then there is no need to worry. This pain will gradually decrease as the concussion heals.
Meanwhile you can simply take Tab PARAETAMOL 650mg Three times a day after food for 3-4 days, it'll help to reduce the pain and discomfort.
I hope this answers your query.

Do consult a physician if headache persists.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again to HCM.
If there was a blood in the nose and occasional double vision then do consult a Neurologist / Neurosurgeon if the headache is persistent. An MRI scan may be needed to find out the extent of injury.
