Brief Answer:
Could be cervical disc problem

Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal goel , Orthopedic Surgeon.
In my opinion this pain is because of cervical disc prolapse- where there is pressure on one of the nerves most likely C5 Level of nerve root.It can lead to burning sensation or pain in front chest , shoulders and back(corresponding area).
I suggest you start pain killers, Muscle relaxants ,Pregabalin + Methycobaaminel and Physiotherapy. If you don't get relief in about 7 days then get MRI of neck to confirm the diagnosis.
I hope I have answered your question. Please feel free to ask any further question.
