Brief Answer:
CT scan of chest

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Since you are having a family history of cancer and you are having burning in chest with short breathing and you feel pain and also as your voice is gone i would advise you to do a CT scan of chest with contrast.

If any lesion is found in the scan then biopsy has to be done to rule out lung cancer
