Provide additional information

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your query.

I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.
It is difficult to comment barred on the information provided and without examination. I will be better if you can upload the picture for better assessment.

Based on the history it suggests that you may be suffering from the perichondritis of the pinna.

I would like to know is there history of injury, insect bite, is it associated with redness.

I would suggest you not to keep touching w with the fingers, I would have treated you with local antiseptic cream.
Wait for couple of days with the above treatment for the pain to become better. If it does not become better then you may consult an ENT doctor

Yet , again I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.

Sincerely,
