It could be due to application of some soaps or other chemicals on the affected area, due to diabetes, infections like herpes simplex or herpes zoster, deficiency of vitamin B 12.

Tab albendazole, tab levocetrizine, clotrimazole & beclomethasone cream
Detailed Answer:
I would recommend you to go for deworming by taking tablet albendazole 400 mg once daily in the evening for 3 days.
For itching take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg twice daily and apply cream containing combination of beclomethasone and clotrimazole on the perianal skin twice daily for 10 days.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
