Brief Answer:
Inflammation of gastric mucosa with heartburn.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,
Have gone through your details,
Most likely its gastroentreritis with gastritis.
Gastroenteritis is usually caused due to infection. It can be bacterial or viral in origin.Infection causes depletion of G.I.T flora. Our gut consists of its own flora of micro oraganism ehich are responsible for proper digestion of food,Usually the toxins released by infectitious agents depletes the flora and hence causing problems with digestion like looose stools, bloating, belching, fatigue.I would suggest you to go for few investigations like stool routine and microscopy.Ask your gastroentrologist to prescribe you with probiotic medications for few days. This will help restoring the flora again. An antispasmodic could also be prescibed by him for some days.A proton pump inhibitor(pantoprazole) can be taken for few days to provie symptomaic relief in heart burn.
Apart from medicines some suggestions are-

Drink a lots of XXXXXXX warm water.
Eat a lot of fiber in diet.
Have ispaghula husk 2 tsf twice daily.
Drink a lot of juices.
Eat lot of vegetable and fibrous fruits like oranges and pears.
No smoking or alcohol.
No burger, pizza, over fried or spicy food.
Take lots of yogurt in diet.
Thanks.
