Brief Answer:
Inflammatory cause
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. It is quite apparent that you have some inflammation going on at your wrist. The underlying cause needs to be ascertained. I would insist you to upload an image of the affected area. Hot compress alternating with cold compress should help. You should also take Aleve (naproxen) twice or thrice daily after food for the time being.
In case you feel it to be in need of urgent medical attention it would be worthwhile to visit the ER.
Let me know if I could help further.

i have attempted to use hot/cold compress but the pain is unbearable when any type of pressure is applied even a single paper towel is too much pressure plus when my fingers are pointed towards the floor the pain intensifies so much.
