Hi,

Many of the cases will be associated with raised CRP when there is associated component of the autoimmune response to inflammation. But not every UTI will present that way.

The need for endoscopy is determinant on the symptoms, progress clinically and follow up CRP whether it remains elevated or not.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
