Brief Answer:
it is quite easy to control.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to HealthCareMagic, I am Dr Muhammd Ahmad, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.

This is a common problem usually it is not directly related to pepper use, pepper is quite good to use, infact the people who have stomach burning issues we ask them to use pepper instead of red chillis, usually there are other factors involved like smoking, predisposition to reflux, etc.

Here are a few suggestions if you follow them you can get rid of your symptoms.

1) Avoid coffee , caffeine , fizzy drinks, energy drinks, smoking , tea, alcohol use ( what ever is relevant).
2) Avoid binge eating take small multiple means instead of 2 large meals.
3) Keep more fruits and vegetables in food and less oils and meat.
4) Stay physically XXXXXXX , walking 15 minutes a day is great specially after dinner.
5) Do not sleep immediately after dinner.
6) You can use syrup Gaviscon after pepper intake.
7) It's better to use cooked pepper instead of raw sprincled pepper. You do not have to avoid pepper you can reduce quantity if you like.

There is nothing to worry this will get better if you follow my suggestions. They are simple and easy to follow you will not need any medication.

I hope this answered your question, if you have more feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it.

Regards.
