What Causes Burning Sensation In The Stomach?

Brief Answer:
Follows.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
Thank you for posting your query on HCM.
Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that there is a possibility that she might have developed acute gastritis thats why she is having burning sensation in the stomach , this remains the most common possibility looking at the present scenario.
In my opinion give her cold milk to drink and an antacid like pantaprazole 40 mg single tablet to calm her stomach down . I hope its beneficial if not then there may be some other cause and then you will need to see a physician for this .
Take care.

Detailed Answer:
Dear SIR,
Your USG thyroid and thyroid functions are suggestive of hyperthyroidism going on , the cause as said can be Multinodular goitre . If there are features of hyperthyroidism like fast pulse rate etc medicine will need to be started.
The hepatosplenomegaly needs to be clinically correlated so cannot be commented upon.
The ESR is raised suggestive of some inflammation going on in the body possibly due to cystitis .

If it is just gastritis then there is no correlation as it seems . If it gets relieved by above treatment as I have suggested then there is no correlation .

Dear Sir,
It depends on the cause , if it is due to a single nodule it can be removed and treated but when its diffuse then the medications have to be continued for long .
