Brief Answer:
Get investigated
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Since your problem is since 2-3 months then you should get investigated.
I would advis you following:
1. ENT evaluation to see for any evidence of Chronic Tonsillitis or Pharyngitis.
2. If ENT evaluation is normal get Upper Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
3. Chest X ray.
Till then you may start taking a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone like Pan-D once a day.
If this is because of reflux disease this would get better with this medication.
If you have any further query please ask me.
