Question: My urinalysis showed 2+ occult blood and trace leukocyte esterase! I do have some burning with urination

Especially if also symptoms like frequent urinating, burning while urinating, lower abdominal pain are present. I suggest you to have an antibiotic prescribed (like Ciprofloxacine 500 mg twice a day for 5 days). If this wont help, urine culture test should be next.
