Question: Why are my ears buzzing for the last few years? They are clean inside. Seems to affect my hearing.

The noise in the ear at your age could be due to weakness of the auditory nerves and the inner ear. This can worsen gradually with the presence of hypertension.

Do not worry! It is a part of the aging process. I would suggest you to get audiological investigations (such as pure tone audiometry and tympanometry) done to confirm the same. Depending upon the report further management can be planned.
