Better to rule out bronchitis
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, we should rule out bronchitis in your case.
So consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT will not only diagnose bronchitis but it will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment is based on severity only.
You may need inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone).
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
If chest x ray is not done in recent past then it is also indicated.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
Thank you for the advise. I feel i will get done PFT today and will provide you the report. I feel based on that result can visit Pulmonologist? Recently 1 month back chest X ray done and the report is clean.
Your advise is appreciable.
No need for chest x ray now.

Start combination of montelukast and levocetrizine at night time.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Wheezing with breathlessness at night is more suggestive of allergic etiology.
In my opinion, you should start combination of antihistamine (levocetrizine or fexofenadine) and anti allergic (montelukast) once a day at night before going sleep.
Also take Levosalbutamol (levolin) inhaler at night before going to sleep.
I don't know which thing is causing allergy but your symptoms are definitely due to allergy.
