Cause could be gastritis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal. I have read your query. I think I would be able to help you.
The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible cardiac condition. However, I would suggest some other possible cause.
I should tell you that similar symptoms are very common with gastritis. You have already stated in the query that you have heart burn which is basically gastritis.
I therefore feel that you should have an endoscopy done instead of the repeated ecg.
I think I would suggest that you try XXXXXXX omeprazole 20 mg twice daily for few days. It acts best on empty stomach.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.

coronary angiography
Detailed Answer:
Hi
The gold standard for making sure that there is no cardiac lesion is by doing a Coronary angiography.
The test tells the exact status of the heart vessels.
In view of the fact that endoscopy does show changes I would suggest that you try to take the tablets I suggested before with syrup of sucralfate o. I am sure it would have good effect on your health.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
