Question : My BP is typically 116/76 to 121/81, I do not experience any chest pain, but frequently short of breath upon moderate effort; typically have hot, morning sweats and all too often fatigue.

Hi and thanks so much for this query.

1. Getting tired with effort might raise concerns about a possible heart disease. Other possible causes are anemia. I will like to know if your doctor has ever cautioned about your heart's functioning. If not, this will be the right time to evaluate this.

2. Sweating and fatigue could be side effects of Isorsobide and metoprolol. If these symptoms happen shortly after taking these medications, they are most probably linked. I will like to know the timing of these drugs and your symptoms onset.
