I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad. I have read your question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.
According to her history like chest pain and vomiting after meals, in my opinion she is having stomach issues.
Here are a few suggestions to help her recover from the problem.
1) She should avoid dizzy drinks..caffein..coffee..tea..spices..fried..cheese..alcohol..smoking(what ever is relevant).
2) Eat small easily digestible meals.
3) She should take syrup gaviscon thrice a day.
4) Her food should contain high percentage of fibre..like whole wheat meal and cereals.
5) There are OTC anti vomiting( anti-emetics) which may help her.
6) If she doesn't get relief with the medication I would have prescribed such patient 40mg Omerpazole once a day and motillium thrice a day, you can discuss them with your doctor.
This problem can be made better but will take some time and proper care.
I hope this answered your question, a
if you have more please feel free to ask.
