Brief Answer:
Cardiac cause seems unlikely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would like to assure you that your chest pain is not due to cardiac cause.
Cardiac pain is more on left side of chest or in reterosternal region with radiation towards left arm, shoulder or jaw. Moreover it does not change with change in posture.

Your pain can be due to gastritis.
You can take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg.

Following precautions will be helpful :-
1.Avoid spicy and oily foods.
2.Avoid being empty stomach for long periods.
3.Avoid smoking and alcohol, if any.
4.Avoid emotional and mental stress.
5.Avoid self medications, especially pain killers and steroids.
6.Drink lots of water daily.

You can do hot fomentation locally. This will help in treating pain due to muscular spasm.

I would advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated.
A Chest X - Ray (PA view) along with Complete Blood Count ( CBC ) will be help in planning further medical management.

I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
