Brief Answer:
Differential diagnosis...
Detailed Answer:
Hi there...
Thanks for writing in...
The possibilities that come to my mind is a list of differential diagnosis.
I would like to rule out Sinusitis, Flu, Diabetes,Hypertension, Tuberculosis, Malaria,Gastroenteritis, Hodgkins lymphoma.
I would definitely advise you to consult a physician and rule out or confirm the diagnosis.
If the headache is more on bending forwards, with sinus tenderness, more in favour of sinusitis.
If it is a viral fever ,symptoms should get better in 2- 3 days.
In the meantime:
Give him a paracetamol/Tylenol three times a day which might take care of the headache, abdominal pain, body aches.
Steam inhalation 3 times a day.
Warm water to drink at regular intervals.
Hope this information was helpful to you.

He has had 3 blood test and they didn't find any cancer in his blood and they tested him for Lyme disease with a blood test and he does not have that either, they also did xrays on his stomach and they show he was conspated so the doctor told him to drink two bottles of magnieseuim sulfate and the take miralax once a day for a week because she thought that might be causing the pain in his side so he has done that but the pain is still there and is worse then it was before. The doctor suggested a ct scan if the pain wasn't any better. Do you think doctor that whatever is causing the pain in his side could be causing all of the other systems to?
Oh PS. do you think it could be ditivitsis? the Doctor he seen said it could be.
Brief Answer:
Did you mean diverticulitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi there..
Did you mean diverticulitis? Yes, That is a possibility , as it could cause pain abdomen and constipation.
I would advise you to see a gastroenterologist who might do a colonoscopy and ultrasound abdomen. If all tests are normal, then symptoms might be attributed to irritable bowel syndrome.
Another possibility that could explain most of the symptoms is Intestinal Tuberculosis which can present with fever, night sweats, weight loss, anaemia, abdominal pain and constipation.
