What Causes Chills, Nausea, Shortness Of Breath And Shivering?

Very slight nausea, very slight shortness of breath when I got up and moved around.
Shaking would come and go and then subsided altogether in about 20 mins.
Seemed to have started in mouth and spread.
I took 2 aspirin.
I started taking Rosuvastatin 6 days ago.
Also on Clopidogrel 75, Fenofibrate 160, Omega 4x 1 gm.
Had stent 3 years ago.
Observe and see whether this happens again!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you experienced. Being a one time observation for now, I will very much think this is incidental and in no way represents a disease condition or an ongoing disease condition. I will suggest that stay calm and observe only. if this happens again, then we migh start to think it for real represents something that warrants investigations.
I love being systematical and not to aggressive unless there is enough justification. For now, I am not that convinced we might need to act that aggressively at this time. While rosuvastatin causes serious muscle issues, these symptoms are not typical for now. Time will provide more details to guide further actions if need be.
I hope this guides and helps calm your fears. I wish you well and feel free to follow up with me at your convenience if need be.

Can you think of any reason, though, why such an episode of uncontrollable shaking (which exactly resemble the chills I've experienced when very cold), would arise so suddenly and
then lull and come again, over a total of 20 minutes or so, even as the ambient room temperature and my own body temperature were perfectly normal. What else controls the 'chills?'
Very difficult to give a reasons as there is little supporting evidence!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Chills often happen in response to an infection or low temperatures. Others are simply incidental with unknown cause and of no significance. At this time, we do not have conclusive or strong enough evidence to place one over another and I will rather want to let this be. Unless something else comes up, I will remain cautious.
I hope you het this and feel free to keep the exchanges going!
