Brief Answer:
Drastic life style changes can help

Detailed Answer:
Hi ,
Thanks for posting your query,

I read your question and I understand the frustration you must feel in front of this condition. You can start taking supplements of B complex, calcium and vitamin D3 and anti oxidants.
Unfortunately as i already told you above in terms of medication to cure this condition there aren't any major advances, there isn't any available to treat fatigue.
However life style modification will help you. Read every point carefully they sounds small but can play wonders.

1. Stop caffeine. I know it helps you to keep awake but trust me an apple or its juice or simple walk or a fresh water bath will do it better! Caffeine helps you in short run but after the levels go down in body- it gives dullness more than before and even sometimes anxiety.

2. Try more salad and green veggies in diet. Cut down in sugar and take more complex carbohydrates. It will help both your body and mind and even pain symptoms somewhere.

3. Include more nuts and beans in your diet.

4. Everyone needs some inspiration. please get one- it can be someone successful whom you like or may be a star or some player..stick its photo where you get to see it many times during the day.

5. Now medicines- wellbutrin or duloxetine can be tried.

6. Trazodone is good for sleep but it hardly gives refreshing sleep to many. I think you may try zolpidem 12.5mg ( discuss to your doctor). It is a sleep inducer and gives a simple dreamless and refreshing sleep to most people. Not addictive compared to others and effective.A good sleep can take away your fatigue.

7. Thyroid ,lithium , tricyclic antidepressants and some other drugs are recommended in resistant cases. You may try it but it will be better to try if only one drug can be of help. Adding tianeptin can also be useful.

8. The most important thing is relaxation. This can help you a lot. Practicing deep relaxed breathing can help almost anything in some way. It can even bring up your fatigue tolerance levels. You can practice it after learning from some one. Or search the video on net and do it.
the catch here is don't sleep after doing it and feel the relaxation.

9. If your doctor doesn't want to give you thyroid then ask him to atleast write you tests of thyroid antibodies and TSH. If they come high- then she or he can add thyroid to your current drug regimen without any issues.

10. Chronic fatigue can also be managed with modafinil- an awakening drug. It is taken in morning or afternoon before 4pm. It is effective . Talk to your team about it.

Check your serum electrolyte level.
I hope the reply helps you in getting better.
Wish you good luck and speedy recovery!
