What Causes Chronic Numbness In The Arms?

Could be pinched nerve
Detailed Answer:
Hi there
Thanks for the query
Do you have pain at the back of the neck that radiates to the upper limb?
Any tingling or numbness?
Any difficulty in lifting weights or performing overhead activity?
It is possible that you may be having Cervical spondylosis which is causing a pinched nerve. This can explain the symptoms.
Avoid using thick pillow. Apply hot packs to the affected region. Take Tablet Diclofenac with Thicolchicoside combination twice a day after meals and Tablet Rabeprazole twice a day before meals for 5 days. Avoid forward neck bending. If you have tingling or numbness, you can take Tablet Pregabalin 75mg at night for a month as well.
The trigger points need to be evaluated under ultrasound to find out the content.
I hope I have answered your query.
