Brief Answer:
You should meet gastroenterologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Can understand your concerns.

If pain is for 1 month and if you have given antibiotics for infection and ultrasound and other investigations like stool routine microscopy, urine routine microscopy, complete blood count are normal, then you should get the child examined by a gastroenterologist.

I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.
