What Causes Cold Sweat, Slow Heart Rate, Intense Pain And Tightness In Chest?

The pain lasts for no more than 30 minutes.
The pain is intense and causes me to break out in a cold sweat, my heart rate is slow 48-50bpm
My chest is slightly tender to the touch and stiff
It is always in the morning within 30 minutes of waking up.
Episodes are irregular it could be every few days or not for months.
