Brief Answer:
depends on when he quit alcohol
Detailed Answer:
this MIGHT be signs of mild to moderate alcohol withdrawal. If someone just stopped alcohol hours ago and has elevated pulse, agitation, blood pressure, liver functions, that person MIGHT be going into withdrawal
If someone quit years ago, he might have some (mild) liver disease and (mild) hypertension.
In between is in between.
concentrated urine with crystals implies some dehydration treatable with a bit of water/hydration.

He quit 1 month ago.
I am concerned about the adt/alt ratio and the c- reactive protein.
Sorry .. One more thing. He has been a serious alcoholic since his teens ( vodka and wine)And for nearly 8 years, he has been an acute alcoholic a bottle of vodka and 3+ full bottles of wine daily,..he works from home usually.

Brief Answer:
ok... several points.
Detailed Answer:
The elevation of the liver enzymes is minimal.
With liver disease there are three categories and only the severe one affects life expectancy. The ratio is consistent with alcohol and mostly elevations are only soon after alcohol BUT with a lot of previous alcohol the liver stays a bit injured. Doesn't necessarily indicate much. BUT certainly addiction should be addressed.
Several things are likely to be helpful. There are three FDA approved medications for alcoholism. Each is about 25% improved outcome. 12 step programs also are often helpful. In individual cases there might be a role for counseling on an individual basis. Mostly, not effective.
C reactive protein is elevated a lot. It, and the ESR, are signs of any inflammation. A previous history of alcohol enough to produce healing cirrhosis can certainly cause mild elevations of both.
