Question: My husband had completed body blood transfusion 3 weeks ago. he seems fine at times but at times he is confused and fearful. Is this typical and how long will it last

I must say that confusion and fear fulness is not is unlikely to be related to blood transfusions.

We must evaluate the cause for this.

I would like to know following details:
1. Since when is he suffering from this?
2. How did it started?
3. What fear does he has?
4. Did he had any low blood sugar or low blood pressure when he was admitted?
5. Did he got unconscious during the hospitalization?
6. Is he able to do his routine daily activities?
7. Any history of Thyroid Problem, Diabetes, Hypertension?
