Brief Answer:
Get examined and investigated by a neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
You may be having tension type headache.
Is there any nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light or sound?
Any sleep disturbances or anxiety?
Any urinary complains, walking difficulties, visual abnormalities or memory issues?
You need to visit to a neurologist for examination.
If clinically no signs are present then treatment for tension type headache can be started else head CT or Mri may be required.
Any previous illness or medical reports?
Any low back pain, slippage of slippers?
Get back to me with these details.
